My Service For a flat rate fee from $195 to $375, we will expose your listing in MARIS Multi-List for 9,000 agents to submit to their buyers.There is no commission if you sell it yourself and 40% of our sales close with no commission due. Most agents want an "exclusive right to sell" and this means you pay them if you find a buyer without their help, but you pay no commission when you find a buyer with our flat fee service.
This service includes both interior and exterior photos. Your listing will be found on hundreds of websites through IDEX (Internet Data Exchange). You are in charge and will answer all calls from both buyers and agents---unless you want some answered by Dave Wilber. You are free to sell to buyers without paying any commission. Agents typically expect 2.7% when they find buyer for you; I will help you negotiate and point out parts of standard contract that may not be in your best interest.
